Who She Is and What It Do
Millia Rage is a character in Guilty Gear Accent Core +R, but you already knew that. Who is she and why would I want to pick her up of all characters you may be asking. Well, here are a few good reasons as to why you should learn her.

Pros:
* Excellent Mixup Game
* Superb Pressure
* One of the Fastest Characters all around, Chipp Zanuff is the only one who is faster than her
* Great backdash, as well as possessing two airdashes, Dizzy and I-No are the only other characters to have more than one
* Awesome aerial options
* Cute as hell

Although Millia does have a lot going for her especially her pressure and mixup game, which is essential for Guilty Gear, she isn't vanilla Street Fighter IV Sagat. She has a few flaws about her, which make her a high-risk, high-reward character. The cons are:

* Low damage output
* Mediocre normals
* Max poke range has no knckdowns
* Takes hits worse than Rihanna
* Reversals aren't that reliable.

Despite these flaws, Millia is an amazing character, and once she scores a knockdown, she can change the outcome of a match pretty quick. She's a pretty demanding character as well, as a lot of her big combos require dexterity and knowledge of the game's engine. That being said, she, along with Sol, Slayer, Dizzy, Baiken, and Faust are my favorite and best characters, and I hope after reading this guide, you'll grow fond of Millia.
Normal moves, and command normals
Below is a description of Millia's normal moves, as well as her command normals. For a quick reference guide, here's an abbreviation of what's what.
Jump Cancellable: JC
Dash Cancellable: DC
High: H
Mid: M
Low: L
Punch: P
Kick: K
Slash: S
Heavy Slash: HS
Dust: D
Roman Cancel: RC
False Roman Cancel: FRC
Gatling Cancel: GC
Counter Hit: CH
Negative on Block, this means a move can be punished with a certain move that has better priority: NOB
Positive on Block, this means a move is safe, and the opponent cannot safely punish you: POB
Close: C.
Far: F.
Jump: J.
directions are read like a keypad i.e.
7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3
5 is neutral position, 2 is crouching, 4 & 6 are left and right respectively, and 7 8 9 are jumps.
Almost every normal can be RCed, so there will be no reason to talk about that just yet.

OKay, to save you all some time, and so you can get into her quicker, let's get started. I will not be including the damage on the moves because I am pressed for time.

5P: standing punch, can be blocked HML, JCed, and GCed, good anti-air, NOB at -1
5K: ditto, but she does splits and shows us her underoos, same as above, but not as great as an anti-air, NOB at -10
c. S: good situational anti-air, blockable at HML, also good at starting or continuing combos, JC and GCable, NOB at -6
f. S: good poke, GCs into her HS, ditto, which goes into her 2D. JCable, and NOB at -4
5H: combo filler, NOB at -4
5D: weird overhead, not really used as an overhead option.
2P; crouching punch, GCable, but only blockable at low. POB at +2
2K: crouching kick, primary pressure starter, GCs into self, POB at +1
2S: crouching uhhh, hair, thingy, good for hit confirming into her disc, but NOB
2H: ahh yes, her crouching high slash, one of the few that launches on the ground. A great move all around, and main combo starter. JCable, but NOB.
2D: good knockdown. can only be blocked low. NOB however, so use it sparingly.
j. P: fast air normal. GC's into j. K
j. K: catches opponents above you, good for hit confirming into j.D and j.S.
j. S: combo filler, dash cancellable, good for mixups
j. H: good air-to-air, but has meh range, good untech time as well. DC as well.
j. D: go to air-to-air, untechable knockdown on CH, bad air-ground move.
j. 2H: Haircopter, this move was amazing in #RELOAD, but got removed entirely in the later installments. on the upside, it's much easier to relaunch with this move. Also slams down opponent.

Command Normals:
6P: good anti-air, staggers on CH, and good for combos too. Be forewarned, this move is punishable as hell if whiffed, and it is also NOB at -9
6K: mixup tool, good for pressure as well, cancels into S. disc. Can only be blocked mid or high.
6H: Slow startup, bad on whiff, namely used for knockdown after corner combo.
Special Moves, and Overdrives
Here are Millia's special moves, these are used variously, but some you have to be careful in using, and a few are only useful in mixup as opposed to actual knockdowns.

214+Slash, Lust Shaker: good for frame trap pressure, and can be used to cancel into a roll for a throw tick. You can also cancel into her haircar. POB at +5

236+Slash/High Slash, Tandem Top: Millia's main pressure move. Both have an FRC point, but really, you should only be FRCing the HS version to apply pressure better. Slash version is immediate and can be used for combos. High slash is for pressure/mixup, a good example of a combo into HS Tandem Top would be 5HS into 2D, cancel into roll, and then set up the disc.

236+Punch, air only, Bad Moon: This is good for a combo ender, but really only in the corner. Doesn't have hard knockdown, so be careful. But what you want to do is tiger knee (2369 or 2147 depending on your position) the BM for mixup. Incredibly punishable at -15.

214+Kick, air only, Turbo Fall: Millia's command fastfall which allows her to change her trajectory. Also good for mixups, and becomes difficult to anti-air her.

214+Kick, Forward Roll: Exactly what it sounds like. Millia turns into Samus and acts like a morph ball. This shrinks her hitbox, and allows her to get out of some pressure, as well as throw tick. not throw-invincible however.

214+Punch, Iron Savior, A.K.A. Hair Car: Millia takes a page out of Jin's book, and does a hair car. Good for low mixup choice. Has FRC point at around 17-22 frames. Plus, you can see her underwear if you look close enough.

214+Slash/Kick/High Slash, Silent Force: Millia's main mixup tool. Great for her neutral game. Learn to use this. All versions stagger on CH, and every version has a different startup speed/trajectory. All versions do the same damage, however.

214+High Slash + direction of stick, Secret Garden: Another good mixup tool, but there are some slight issues with it. It's good at full screen. Has slow startup, and Millia is in CH in frames 1-55.

Force Breaks
Force Breaks are essentially the EX moves of Guilty Gear. They are done by inputting the original input, but you swap out the button you were using before with Dust. For example, FB Secret Garden uses Dust instead of High Slash. The moves that the characters are given usually have unique properties to them, such as faster startup speed, better priority, more damage, or in Testament's case, gives them back their old move from earlier incarnations. I don't have any images to accompany the FB's, so use your imagination.

236+Dust, Pretty Maze, also doable in air: Staple FB for mixups, floats on hit, has more active frames than HS disc, and even if Millia gets hit, the disc will still come out.

214+Dust, FB Secret Garden: Millia becomes airborne, unlike regular Secret Garden. Sucks ass, save your meter.

214+Dust during Lust Shaker, Longinus: Millia does a followup for Lust Shaker, does knockdown and wall-stick. Combos in corner.

Overdrives
Overdrives are Guilty Gears versions of super moves from Street Fighter. The moves function the same way, as they hit big, and are flashy and cool, but some are useless. Millia's best one is easily Emerald Rain.

236 236+Slash, Emerald Rain: Good overdrive, launches opponent and can be comboed into again. Last disc does wallbounce, easy ass hit confirm. Use sparingly.

2141236+High Slash, Winger: Millia calls upon a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ band to perform an overdrive. Has FRC point, and is her only ground reversal with upper body invincibility. No real reason to use it.

Instant Kill
IK's are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Don't even try using them.

PKSHS then 236 236+High Slash, Iron Maiden: There is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason to use this. If you get hit by this, kill yourself. If you hit someone with this, they should kill themselves.
Strategy
This section is relatively quick. All it's gonna do is talk about what you should expect with Millia. What you want to do is fish for a knockdown, then apply pressure. What you do NOT want to do is get hit. Remember how I said Millia has the 2nd worst defense in game? I wasn't kidding. Do be reckless with her, and play it smart. For defense, you want to rely on her Dead Angle Attack or instant block. Don't be a dumbass and throw out things that will kill you. And most importantly, after you score a knockdown, PUT ON THE PRESSURE. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, THIS WILL BE THE DEATH OF YOU IF YOU SCREW AROUND.
Miscellanious
Below is a list of players you should keep an eye out for, or watch if you have an interest in Millia and her gameplan.
Nakamura
Woshige
AKA
Satou & Ruu (they actually play Johnny and Bridget respectively, but as of GGXRD, they play Millia)

All of their content is in Japanese, but it's very minor, as they really only commentate. Thankfully, they also occasionally upload videos of the greatest fighting game of all time, Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike :)

Gelbooru; No way in hell am I linking this site! The best anime image searchboard on the net. Very NSFW, but if you want your fix of Millia in compromising positions, head here.

And that's that. I have said pretty much all I can say without sounding pretentious. I hope you have enjoyed reading this guide about the best Guilty Gear girl, and that you will consider picking her up in the near future. And since you've read this whole thing, here's a nice pic of her, just for you.

norematch.com is also really good for GG content. It's also a Millia Rage fansite (thanks to the partnership with Irony of Chaste) and has a lot good shit for all Millia lovers.

Also, you forgot to mention AC+R Millia is very character specific with her combos (unless this is a wip, which it looks like it is)
some bnb's for AC+r for mid weight (not my YT): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgLvOL5sJyU
light weight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-uCPq0qkmU
also 6K is an overhead, it has to be blocked high.
