For anyone who got the Early Purchase and didn't get Kuon or the voice announcers:
First place you should check is the the game's properties under settings/settings to see if the DLC section is there.
If not, you may need to verify the game's file integrity.

After you do that you may need to go in and out of the game's store page until you see something about you having available content for the game, around the time that shows up you should be good and just to double check just go to the game properties to see if the DLC section is there so you can manage it.

This worked for me though I'm aware that it may not work for everyone.
