here's some helpful advice to anyone starting Osu for the first time!

go outside
ground yourself in reality
check in with neighbors or friends who you haven't spoken to in a while
visit a local park and just read a book in peace
find a social group, a club, or find people with similar interests near you and make some friends
fly a kite
watch the sunrise or sunset
find some local volunteering
go hiking, alone or with friends
go to a library, a bookstore, or a cafe and just chill
go for a run

if anything listed here is too difficult, just try and step outside, and take in the world around you
think about your future, and what you want to spend your time on earth doing
thats all the advice i've got
