If you loved the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" as well as Ralph Bakshi's "Cool World", Then you will absolutely enjoy this game very much! This game stars Christopher Lloyd, who's sent on an interesting adventure in an adult themed cartoon world filled with some unusual & interesting characters such as a psychopath clown, dominatrix cow & even a smiley face man who's the king of all things cute. In addition, your companion that travels with you is a small sarcastic cartoon character called "Flux Wildly", who's voiced by Dan Castellaneta & is constantly giving witty dialogue to you and everyone you interact with. The game also operates as a full motion video adventure point & click game that has some very interesting and challenging puzzles too such as playing Simon Says with a giant psycho clown face as well as making sure a giant clock is set at the right time in order to keep the insane cartoon characters in the zone called "Zandyu" sane. It should be mentioned as well that Toonstruck has all of it's characters voiced by many famous & prominent voice actors of the 1990's such as Jim Cummings, Frank Welker & others.


Now I will talk about the premise of the game. The premise of the game is that your Drew Blanc, an animator on the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show, who after 10 seasons is tasked by his boss to come up with new concepts for next season of the show by tomorrow morning.

However, Drew Blanc is burned out from working on the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show and instead really wants to create a show based on his other sarcastic character called "Flux Wildly". Regardless, while Drew Blanc is working on concepts to show his boss for the following morning and is experiencing writer's block , The TV randomly turns on the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show and Drew is transported through the TV to this strange cartoon world. In which he is greeted by the king of Cute-topia, which is a smiley face guy who informs Drew that his land is in peril. He then explains to Drew that if Drew helps him defeat the evil Count Nefarious (Tim Curry), Then the smiley face guy will send him back to Drew's original land.

Overall, Toonstruck was such a memorable and fun game for me! This game has some very bizarre yet interesting situations as well as difficult puzzles. I spent roughly 10 hours or so completing this game and did my playthrough through GOG. However, I wanted to post my review for the game on Steam as it's the same game on GOG.

In terms of cons, The game graphically is not the best when it compares to modern day standards and there is no HD patch, so you have to get used to the old 90's graphics. Additionally, it was hard to put the resolution in a bigger size to be able to see more of the game on a full screen. Although. I did manage to get a decent resolution after messing around with the config file in which I was able to see enough of the screen on a modern monitor to be able to play the game without issues.

In conclusion, I give this game an 8/10 and I would totally recommend this game to anyone who loves point & click adult themed adventure games.
