I'm also not sure if it exists, the acheivement% isn't at 0 anymore but that might have just been from people using achievement manager. It's a pretty dumb oversight if they added this achievement without checking if they have any super rare accessories.

I also waiting to get a Super Rare accessory,,,, Maybe you can get it only in time trial events or under other certain circumstances?

This got solved or fixed in these years? Trying to get that Super Rare but no luck so far.
