No I read somewhere (it was probably gamesfaqs' forum) that ragna is something around 25, jin something around 23 and noel something around 20, but I've no clue about all other characters

Noel is six years old in chronophantasma.

That is a hard question since the game deals with alternative timelines and jumping around through them so much. But in general..........


As far as I know there aren't any explicit ages but for the characters I know fairly well:

Ragna: probably late twenties early thirties
Terumi: ghost in artifical body, make of that what you will
Celia: was frozen at a young age so she is technically old but frozen
Noel: slightly younger than ragna
Hakumen: older than jin ;)
Rachel: super old, she might be the oldest one of the staff
Jin: pretty on par with ragna
NU MU LAMBDA: all are born during the series... clones
Tsubaki: on par with noel and jin
Amane: Might be the only one older than rachel
Litchi: probably late 30's
Arakune: on par with litchi
Valkenhayn: younger than a lot of the staff, worked with relius in his twenties.

Carl's probably around 12, assuming no time shenanigans like Relius.

I'd guess Bang to be late 30s-early 40s.

I think Kagura has to be older than Jin, and he worked with Bang, but he doesn't seem as old as him, so I'd say early 30s.

I'm guessing Tager was in his 30s before he got remade, which would put him at around the same age as Bang.

Bullet is probably younger than Tager. I'd guess she's around the same age as Ragna or Kagura.

Unless she ages differently, Makoto is probably the same age as Tsubaki.

Nine was thrown into the boundary in 2110. I'm pretty sure Kokonoe was born before this happened, which would make her at least 90, and probably a few years older than that.

And wouldn't Izayoi just be the same age as Tsubaki?

Ragna: 25-30 years old
Jin: younger than Ragna, maybe 20-25
Noel: as stated by herself in Chronophantasma, she is underage. Maybe 17. But she is an artificial human, so technically she should be even younger, I think.

Tsubaki: same as Makoto.
Carl: he seems to be quite young, but he was in the same class as Noel. So I will assume he is not far younger than Noel. 15, approx.

Bang: 30-35. To scruffy to be younger.
Litchi: 30-35.

Kagura: 30-35.

Bullet: 20-25.

Azrael: 35-40.

Amane: he is older than he seems to be, as he tought dance to Bullet when she was a little girl.
40-45.

Platinum (Luna/Sena): 10-12.

Celica: as she raised Ragna, Saya and Jin after the Dark War, I'd say... 20-25 years old.

-BEASTKINS-

As they do not age as humans, I can't give them an approximated age.
Taokaka is younger than Makoto, who is younger than Kokonoe, who is younger than Valkenhayn.

-OTHERS-

Arakune: when it was Lotto Carmine, I'd say about 30-35, the same as Litchi.
Tager: before he was "updated" by Kokonoe, 35-40.
Hakumen: little older than Jin, given the fact he IS Jin and he fought in the Dark War (which lasted ten years), so 30-35. Though as the Susano'o Unit is not someone affected normally by aging.
Yuki Terumi: unknown.
Hazama: same age as Kazuma Kval, which is an artificial body made by Relius for Terumi.
Relius: 40-45.
