Cannot confirm settings
The settings in the launcher has OK-button greyed out and unable to confirm anything.
The launcher seems to complain about a duplicate binding but I can't see anything like that.

Edit: Looks like it was player 2 settings that were missing bindings and would not allow leaving it like that.
