I've overhauled the controls for Xbox controller

I've make a lot of changes to the controls and have uploaded an Xbox controller configuration for this game. It can be found under the community layouts.

Some key changes:

RT
Soft Pull - Pedal slowly (up to 6 mph)
Full Pull - Pedal fast

LT = Brake
RT + LT = Skid
LB = Stop

X = Hop and Grind
A (Hold) = Aero Tuck

I just tried it & it felt so much better to play.

RT on pedal & LT for skid just felt natural.

I really liked how X worked for jump, grind & stunts.

It was way easier to do stunts that way.

I also liked how the boost activated whenever you pressed A & your meter was full.
