100% gears reward?
Is there any sort of reward for getting all gears ni the game, other than a cutscene congratulating me ?

Sometimes the journey outclasses the reward.

But I agree, I wish we got a small bonus like infinite boost/flight to get to visit impossible areas (while achievements are disabled).

You see a brief cutscene, that's it. Still worth completing though, I just 100% finished the game and I don't regret it.
