Missing Blake's secondary bow?

I cant really progress without Blake's shadow semblance improving, but i need her secondary bow to do so, and i cant find where it is. I heard you get it from Winter when you give her the sword, but i didn't receive it. Am I softlocked, or did i forget something?

you get her bow from winter after givng her the dust sample from the new schnee mine.
rwby's speed boost will help you get across the gap after using blakes shadow on the pressure switch
