Report a translation problem
It does generate an AppCrash_... directory with a wer file each time, but I couldn't see any useful info.
I found the corresponding DMP files and they suggest the exception code is: 0xE0434352
Version 22.11.9.0
I created the directory and re-ran Blossom Tales II and it has successfully loaded.
Following successfully loading the game I see the message window:
Create Account
Application Access Restricted
Unfortunately you do not have access to use this
application
if you have any questions please reach out to our Support
Team at: https://www.epicgames.com/help
I can close this window and continue but I'm not sure if there will be any further problems.
Also the game log file contained the following:

I note that I launched Blossom Tales 2 from the online/logged in Epic Games Store client and other games launch successfully.
Don't know if my log.txt is of any help to you or the next person who finds themselves here, but here you go. Looks like it attempts to pull some credentials, fails to find any, then just proceeds anyway.
And seriously, thank you for posting this. I know the game isn't even that great but the fact that I couldn't even run it bothered me to no end.
