A Tier - Tutorial Cones, Bikini Cove Obelisks (technically cones, and they look cool)
B Tier - Parasols (technically cones too, plus useful)
C Tier - Regular Track Cones (they get in your way)
D Tier - Drift Trial Cones, Lavendel Pines
E Tier - Tires
F Tier - Rival Cone (please kick it as hard as you can)
