ive tried that, and even fresh installs, I dont have any mods installed. the last update we had before I was able to play NP now i can't play xD

yeah and usually when this happened they were not updated, but in this scenario I couldn't even start the game.

So did you actually remove your old mods? Uninstalling the game doesn't uninstall mods.

then how am i supposed to install them? because I have missing installation files missing still even after i verified the game I only have 11

Delete the entire game folder then download the game again.
Did you use Vortex or some other manager for them? Go there and remove them.

nah just nexus mods ( mod manager) and that's no longer on my PC
