Chapter 1: Horse Thief sidequest issues
On my first runthrough of Chapter 1, I managed to find a quest where one of the support characters got accused of horse-related crimes, and chose not to punch an officer in the face.

I've not been able to find this quest again after running through Chapter 1 several times, and I'm lost about what I need to do to get it to trigger again.

It's in Chen Liu - Castle Rd., it popped to me after finding the Yellow Turbans at the Handan Well (but before doing the battle at Jieqiao)
