I’m an investor. I used to help build large consumer products. I spend a lot of time evangelizing startups, crypto and the power of building tech.
- I’m currently a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz focused on crypto. Before a16z, I ran product and engineering organizations at Meta, Twitter and Microsoft. I was also an active personal investor in a personal capacity with Figma, SpaceX and several other startups.
- I co-host a podcast with Aarthi Ramamurthy on building things and the people who have done it.
- I’m obsessed with systems, institutions and what makes great ones work. Nothing makes me happier than discovering a new company-culture mechanism.
