    In this role I accomplished the following:
    - Defined & Executed Product Strategy (Product Positioning, Segmentation, Revenue Model).
    - Grew SaaS user base to 50k+ active users in 24 months.
    - Implemented Organization Learning Engagement Strategies with Gamification in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia.
    - Lead Tech Team to implement Zalents Learning Management System on Ruby on Rails (4 Versions) and Outsystems (1 Version) Tech Stacks with AI recommender systems.

    As UOB's Strategic Technology Consultant, I worked closely with UOB Human Resource Leaders & Key Knowledge Partners leading Employee Engagement & Training Delivery.
