Since opening its doors in 2008, Ubisoft Singapore has grown to become the leading game development studio in Southeast Asia. The studio has contributed to all the Assassin’s Creed® titles since Assassin’s Creed® II in 2009 and is now a key co-development studio on the Assassin’s Creed® franchise. Ubisoft Singapore's expertise in naval battle gameplay and water technology was showcased in various Assassin’s Creed® titles, including Black Flag® and Assassin’s Creed® Valhalla. On 5 July 2024, Magic: The Gathering launches the Assassin’s Creed set that features iconic characters, tools, and locations from the Assassin’s Creed universe. We’re very excited about the set and very privileged to share that Wizards of the Coast has granted Ubisoft Singapore an exclusive card to reveal from the upcoming launch – the Assassin Initiate! Here's what our studio's Magic: The Gathering Club has to say about the card: Costing just 1 black mana, the Assassin Initiate is an uncommon 1/1 creature with great versatility, gaining an additional ability of your choice on the fly for just 1 more mana.
