Most of the recipes found herein are good. There are a couple that are, perhaps, a bit questionable, and other that make you seriously worry about the author's liver (Strong Wine seems like quite the drink). It is all so fabulously Dornish, though. Save the hand made tortillas, which don't feel like a Dornishman's thing, to me. But the eggs and spicy sausage was still killer.
