I really enjoyed seeing the multiple, in-depth love triangles & situationships throughout the book. Without spoiling anything, the mating bonds are super interesting in this book. I find it quite intriguing that even if they aren't already there, they can simply snap into place. This adds another layer to an already complex idea. I was only disappointed in how the war ended with King Hybern & Nesta. I thought it would be more drawn out or from a different character; nonetheless, glad it was over. This novel was also really cool in that readers were able to see more of the other courts & their high lords. Seeing their stories parsed out was interesting & again, added another layer to an already complex world. Finally, the amount of deaths & close calls in this book specifically is enough to bring tears to your eyes & also make your heart stop & revive itself. This one is definitely a slow-burn in the beginning up until the war begins, but overall, another 5/5 performance.

Well I thought I loved the second in the series the best. But this Author has made me feel so much in this third book. Just wow. I am literally sad I am done reading. I felt excited, happy, sad, mad super mad and laughing. I really feel like I can become one with the character. She writes so well I just slip out of my reality. And I Love That! I still feel sad for Tamlin. Hope he gets his head together and finds someone. I hope this series continues awhile. I have read these books backwards Cresent City first. now I want to read those again. I don't want to stop reading. I hope it goes further than Silver book. I am addicted. I can't get anything done. the Books were so good I actually bought a second book. can not believe it. I only use my library card through Libby and Overdrive. Says something. The next book 4 is for the people who really like the series. it is not bad as reviews say.it is for the one's who can't get enough I liked it more time on each character. Still Emotional

My second favorite in this series so far. A court of mist and fury just had everything and then some. But this book still had me sitting on the edge of my seat crying, laughing, heart throbbing; a whole lot of emotional whiplash (in the very best way). I love that we get to see so many sides to the story through other characters eyes (if only briefly via Feryes' view through their eyes). I love this little chosen family and can't wait to keep reading their stories... I just hope they don't rip my heart out in the books to come 😭
