Great product and customer service, will be a longtime customer for sure, but the website and app both could use some basic adjustments. for example, adding a view cart option in the top corner so you don't have to replace a new order to have "view bag" pop back up so you can checkout. is it stands now you have to add something to view cart, then delete one of the two items you only added for cart access, then, for me, it removed the item but the price stayed the same, had to start all pver

The app is very buggy. It wouldn't let me select pickup in store. I could only select order for delivery. When I tried to make an edit then the app emptied the bag and I had to start over. I wanted to change my flavors but the app wouldn't let me change them. The app kept giving me permission errors even though no permissions restrictions were on when I was trying to use the app. There are a lot of issues with this app. Please fix them. The only good part was bday cookie was there this year.

Half of the options do not work. Example: You get extra reward points for following them on social media, joining birthday club, signing up for emails/ texts, etc. Each one I have completed, I received only 2 of the rewards. You can sign up for notifications on certain items, but when you go back to that item, the notification you selected is gone. Certain tabs will not load (and no it has nothing to do with my internet or the network). Only a few examples. Too many bugs that need to be fixed.
