Shopify was a very bad experience for me. I hate to say it, but it is the absolute worst platform for building a store front to sell music and merchandise. lots of hidden fees and the instructions are not clear. Shopify mixes in things you have to pay for when you search for something to use for free. I picked what I thought was a free template for my webpage but after I got it, 2 weeks later I got a bill from a company wanting $65. it wasn't that good. I'll never recommend or use Shopify ever.

I really want, and need, this app to work but it is very disappointing. Notifications often don't come through, regardless of settings and settings changes. Deleted and re-downloaded a couple times to no avail. Can't read the full chat response in the app (I have to read it quickly if/when I get/see a notification). Words and letters are missing from texts, menu items, icons, etc. Please help. Thanks.

It's a great start. I love the integration of multiple channels. Unfortunately, it's not fully useable. There are no desktop notifications, so you have to be looking at your phone to see if a customer wrote. Also, attached customer images do not show up. We miss parts of messages because we didn't realize that an image was supposed to be there. Lastly, not all messages will send. We get error messages in Inbox stating that our response was not delivered to FB Messenger.
