I've tried a bunch of weight loss & nutrition sevices & apps. This one has been the best for me, by far. The user interface is easy to use & not glitchy. The app content itself is easy to digest (pun intended) and easy to follow. I'm in week 3 of my program and have become more in tune with my relationship with good/hunger than ever before. Highly recommend 👌🏽

The app is so helpful. Taking my time and really listening to the coaches and using what they suggest each week helps keep me focused on what I need to do to stay motivated and not feel overwhelmed. I am not depriving myself but taking time to eat thoughtfully and really enjoying what I am eating while not overeating or obsessing about food.

Finding that a lot of things don't work in this otherwise lovely app. Adding meal photos/camera doesn't respond despite permissions, the checkbox for "don't show me again" when saving items is non responsive, the fitness tracker link doesn't sync, and notifications don't work at all for any reminders or the meal timer, which is a pretty important pillar of the program. It's good for the videos and if you remember to track things, but not as an everyday thing. You could just use the website.
