I've been doing instacart for 4 months. All of a sudden for the last 2 weeks, the app constantly freezes, especially while using the camera or if you scan an incorrect item. And I will have to turn my phone on and off, force close it, etc. This is so frustrating when we are scored on our time. It's been doing this sometimes half a dozen times per order. And from the looks of the comments, alot of people are having this issue. IT could actually did something about this instead of leaving bot resp

No idea what has happened in the last few months, but the app is horrible now! Half the time it doesn't open. It crashes mid shop when scanning an item. I've gotten "unclear receipt photo" emails, but I KNOW my pictures are clear, so they have a problem with the system flagging things wrong OR it don't process the pictures through properly. Customer chat seems to be very delayed at times. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, but the situation is only getting worse.

Cultured Insanity
Not sure what's with the app anymore. When it works, it works. It has whatever current update there is but it crashes 1-3x's a day. Will just randomly lock my phone or just blank out to a white screen & freeze. I have tried to close & reopen the app only to experience the same issue. Every time i turn around it can't scan receipts or barcodes either. Usually works when I restart my phone, which i have to do several times throughout the day to keep the app working properly.
