gets a little glitchy sometimes. when backing out from a specific item it will revert all the way back to the home screen as opposed to what you were looking at, take a while to load, etc. really more annoying than a detrimental flaw. otherwise absolutely love this company and the app is pretty easy

App could be improved. For example, while browsing the shop items, after scrolling and selecting an item to view, if you try to go <back to the item in browsing, the app pushes you back to the to the top of main/home page. This was frustrating and makes browsing large sections quite a headache. That said, I am thoroughly satisfied with all my GS purchases.

Try to put my credit card in, and a pop-up that says I qualify for free shipping, blocks entire screen, and won't let me complete transaction. I can only hit back, but then I have to start over, and it happens again. You lost a sale cause your app blocks me from paying.
