Great game so far. Love the gameplay and the aesthetic. Sometimes levels feel a bit frustrating and progress can be slow, but overall it's still very satisfying. EDIT: Some of the monsters' powers are extremely cheap, to the point it feels almost necessary to purchase power ups to have a chance at beating them. Otherwise, plan to spend at least a day on a single level hoping for a lucky streak.

So, disabling animations doesn't seem to do much of anything. I turned it off to help save battery, but nothing seemed to change. Cute game. Fun. Balancing issues, in that when the level is forced to shuffle the board 7 times in as many moves it's a bad sign. They also seem to be listening and disabled the flash bang monster, so a bonus point for them. That said, please make disabling animations do something.

I'm leaning more toward 4.5 stars. I've never played this type of puzzle game before, so I can't speak on this game in comparison to others. That said, I find this game to be quite casual and enjoyable. I love the characters and style. The game is easy to comprehend, and there's plenty of new stuff to mix up the gameplay. There's also several side quests and ways to earn upgrades/currencies. My biggest gripe is that it often feels like winning is based more on RNG rather than solving a puzzle.
