Usually a struggle to get the app going (sign in glitches, app crashes), but once I finally get in, things tend to run smoothly. Much easier than trying to call the store and order, especially with some better deals being online only. Needs some improvements, but overall not a terrible experience. Frustrating once in a while, but no enough to avoid using.

Taxes, fees and 20% tip nearly doubles the minimum order amount of $15. The "delivery fee", which is 33% of the cost of my order, does not go to the driver or insurance, and they get paid under $3 an hour, so it's not going to payroll. Half the time it's door dash, and they suck. It's just an extra fee they tack to the end of the order. The app itself feels confused. It won't save my new card information or allow me to fix my phone #. It hasn't gotten a UI update in a while and feels stale.

This APP is the worst APP I have ever tried to use!!! It constantly crashes everytime I try to use it. I am not the only one that feels this way or has this problem. It happens to my wife and several friends that I have. I usually try it a couple of times and if it continues to crash I go to a different Pizza app like Dominoes or Little Ceasars because I don't have the same issues with their APP. You would definitely get more of my business if you had a better working more consistent APP!!!!!!!!
