The company is great, and the phone staff are very pleasant, but the app needs work. It makes it easy to report the details until it's time to upload receipts. At that point, I need to go to the website, upload the photo, and then submit it on either one. The app also doesn't automatically log out after "timing out". When pulling the app back up, it looks like I'm still logged in, but just get spinning circles and error messages. I, finally, figured out to log out and log back in to proceed.

App is worthless, the navigation through it is rudimentary and doesn't work half the time. Can't upload images and lists can't/aren't sorted. Update: They kinda fix things but right back to being worthless and unusable. Can't upload images, can't login in half the time. Zero quality control with this app just frustration by it's users. Don't waste your time.

The app is still glitchy. It doesn't open up many times. It says it has a connection error. I have to log out and log back in so that it opens It also doesn't load photos readily & easily. I usually have to complete the questionnaire in the app and upload the photos by going to Marketforce website. This happened a few years ago and they I just ended up deleting the app altogether. I hope fixes are on their way. Otherwise I'll be deleting it again.
