Been using my card for over two years with no issues. Always paid on time if not early, high purchase power. Card is now declining at every merchant with no explaination. Chatted with support 3 times. Un-installed app and reinstalled, reset my account, reconnected bank info per their direction. Card still declining. Was told to stay on the chat to get tech support involved. Chat was ended and is now disabled. It's been a week since I've been able to use my card with no explanation or help.

I used to love klarna, been using for 3 or more years,no problem, never missed a payment. I purchased multiple items from Amazon on on plan. Returned an item, got a partial refund, but still owe on complete purchase. I thought they were supposed to adjust to a new payment plan. If I know that I would have not returned item,since I'm still paying half of it.

So I have used Klarna for years, no problem at all. Now, all of the sudden(mind you I have a PERFECT purchase history and payment history with them) I can't use the pay in 4 option due to my "credit score". Makes absolutely no sense. I didn't exceed purchase power, I haven't been late, the only thing I have ever done is cancel an order because it was 4 hours deep and no one had picked up my order. Also, my credit score has done nothing but improve over the last 6 mo, so if that's it then wow.
