For the last month every payment method has failed. I have to pay full price in store if I want subway as the store does not honor app coupons. I'm able to redeem points and collect them with scan at register but the entire reason for the app is the convenience of pickup and coupons. Fix this. Edit : One month later and the app works once in a blue moon. Most of the time it does not work at all. "Uh Oh! Payment failed: please use a different card or payment method." is consistent though.

Why would you update an app that works to one that doesn't function at all!? Nothing works. Screens and buttons are blank and I can touch things and stuff happens, but nothing good. It moves to a different screen, but nothing is happening for logging in ordering or anything that has to do with you selling sandwiches and me eating them. Bye!

Ordered 2 subs this afternoon through the subway app to get the BOGO deal. After paying,the app showed building the subs. After waiting some time, I received a message stating my order was cancelled. I went into the store. The person stated there was no order for me, but my credit card was charged. I verified that I was at the correct store. I arrived home and was looking at the status again. It showed the subs were ready. Tried a couple of times to call the store, phone just rings, no answer.
