As many others have experienced. I also cant proceed past the age verification process. I take the required pictures of my driver's license and it goes literally no where. I wish I could give negative stars. I uninstalled and went to another store/app. Edit: yes, I did try a flat surface with the flash turned on and I tried my passport and my driver's license neither of which are expired. It's not me. It's your horribly designed app. But thanks for replying with your copy and paste silliness.

Hello and apologies for the poor experience. I have shared your feedback with our Product team. TIPS: Place the ID over a flat surface. Use flash feature top-right of scan screen can help. Ensure ID has not expired. Try optional ID, such as a Passport. Thank you for making time to post.

App will not allow checkout after verifying Age. I've scanned my license & passport. The wheel spins, then nothing. You click continue to checkout and still nothing! My age is verified in my settings, but I CANNOT CHECK OUT!!! Edit: the scan feature was fine. It gave the green check and said accepted. Afterwards it shows more items to add on and has a checkout button. I click the button and it won't move from that screen or it goes back to the previous screen to scan ID. Lighting wasn't it.
