Product return policy is not very good, quick and feasible. No response even after 4 days. I have to get feedback by calling or mailing. Need a lot of improvement in this regard in contrast to other app of Noon itself. However discounts are good and delivery is in time but range like mobile chargers, wires, USBs etc not being covered properly.

I absolutely love SIVVI! The variety of items, the great quality of clothing items, the genuineness of branded products, the easy delivery and returns option.... I do not have any complaints so far. It's been 6 months since I have been in Dubai and I have brought a lot of items from Sivvi especially branded shoes and I am very happy. 🙏✌️❤️

I give 1 star due to the worthy customer service you can ever experienced with online app, firstly they will cancel the order by themselves without any reason, secondly they will keep proofing the mistakes are done from your side, not even looking for customer support or even care to fix your problem. Unfortunately, I used to always ordering from sivvi but now I will stop
