I have ordered airpods from Sharaf DG. The ordered received too fast like within 7 hours. But once i received it, the airpods was not working at all. Even it was not picking up the charging, i tried too much. Very next day contacted their helpline and complained about it. Amazingly, they asked for 3 days for submission of complain and further 2 to 3 days for checking the item and then they will decide to refund. Seriously, I am amazed by their service. Its too pethatic. Never ever buy again.

Terrible customer care service. I've bought several phones and gadgets from them before and usually their stuff is good, but if for any reason your product has an issue, the customer care staff are slow, unhelpful, unresponsive and has nothing to give you other than false promises.
