Not very helpful. It would be great if the the app gave you additional controls or notifications to charge the scooter. But it doesn't really do anything past the buttons on the scooter. Even better would be easy to access support. The Bluetooth connection to the voyager inexplicably stops working which will lock your expensive scooter and leave you stranded. Ridiculous. Don't buy or rent until this is fixed.

Love the scooter, until it stops working. Customer service everything but customer service focused. The only way to initiate a claim is by email. No phone number to call, nor chat for real-time conversation. My charging port stopped working and the new one they sent had the same issue. So I had to send that one back only to receive another that was FILTHY. I am not paying the extra monthly payment for a new scooter. I'm fine receiving refurbished product, but i shouldn't get dirty. got a new voyager one scooter. only for it to be unusable because the app crashes on login. would give -ve rating if possible

What's new
Ride Recording (beta) is an opt-in experimental new feature which allows you to track your Unagi rides via the app. Your route, battery usage, and distance are recorded so that you can refine or vary your routes. Access your ride history and review your saved rides at your leisure.
