I'm on the fence here, though I think it has great potential. First, I'm unable to enter my correct birthdate. Every attempt results in a seemingly default date 5 years + 2 months after my birthdate - not that I would mind being 5 years younger - but has me concerned with efficacy. Next, there is no explanation for how knowing my annual income amount or the # of rooms in my house affects my bio-age. Lastly, "Support" in the menu options only addresses purchased products?? No app help or FAQ???

Don't understand the results and there is no way to tell if any of this is accurate. Under Biological Age it says <18 Aging faster and You are likely more than 10 years younger. Makes no sense to me. Also, asking me to send them an email to see if there is a bug makes no sense. I said what the results said and it should be straight forward which it is not. I don't have time to waste on an app that either has bugs or puts out information you can't understand.

I really like this app. There are some glitches in the question section, like not letting me put in my diastolic blood pressure, and I guess they removed one of the questions about alcohol (maybe something like "how many drinks do you have in one sitting"?) Because it's in my profile, and I can't remove it, even when I click on the button to change it. The AI bot that answers questions is great. I have asked it many questions, and it has managed to answer every single question I have asked!
