- This is the fifth Overlord artbook to have an official release date. However, unlike the first artbook where only the 1st Season is covered, this artbook was said to contain contents from the following two seasons that come after it.
- In Overlord: The Undead Oh! Chapter 75, the book makes an in franchise appearance as it is being used by Albedo as a reference guide when making costumes for the 5th Anniversary photo shoot of Mass for the Dead.
