*Exit Alert* We are pleased to announce a full exit from Alpine Coffee Estate and Alpine EXIM Pvt Ltd - two companies delivering a range of coffee products and services under brand name Katmandu Coffee. We invested in these companies in December 2020. During the 3 years of our association, their revenue grew two fold. A Danish technology was acquired to bottle coffee concentrates of various flavours under trade name “Iced Espresso” which are now being exported as well. Katmandu Coffee also started a new vertical of high end coffee outlets, the first of which is Caffeophilia in Bhainse Pati; next ones are slated to open soon in Lazimpat and Swayambhu areas. We are pleased to have played a part in the growth journey of yet another Nepali business founded by passionate entrepreneurs like Rabindra and Kumud. Exit MOIC from this deal is 2x. These transactions take TNA’s exit tally to 5 full exits and 1 partial exit, all yielding positive IRRs!!!
