March 6: Wondering who’s the developer behind Princess Peach: Showtime? That responsibility seems to fallen to Good-Feel.

Princess Peach: Showtime received a demo just a short while ago, and unsurprisingly, some fans are digging through the contents behind-the-scenes. A codename has been discovered, which is PJ037. That matches up with other codenames Good-Feel has been associated with.

Good-Feel created a number of Nintendo games going back to the Wii era. After starting out with Wario Land: Shake It, the company handled Kirby’s Epic Yarn, Yoshi’s Woolly World, and Yoshi’s Crafted World.

Unfortunately, Nintendo has been increasingly more cagey as of late about the specific studios behind some of its projects. Fans were the first to find out that Arc System Works made Another Code: Recollection. Before that, fans were the first to spot that ArtePiazza was behind the Super Mario RPG remake for Switch.

Princess Peach: Showtime is due out for Switch on March 22, 2024, but you can pick up the demo now from the eShop.

Even though fans already appear to have figured it out, Nintendo is keeping quiet on things. A spokesperson said: “The development team will be credited in the game credits” when asked which developer made Princess Peach: Showtime.
