Order Processing:
Most orders will ship out within 2-3 business days. Orders aren't processed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Any orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Some products are made-to-order. Made-to-order products will be described as such on the individual product's page. Made-to-order products will take around 3 business days longer to process, and will also ship in a separate package from a different facility.

For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, the order will begin processing on Monday, and will likely ship out before Thursday of that week. Please allow up to 24 hours for online updates. If you do not receive a confirmation email with your order number after 24 hours, please use the Contact Us link on the footer of this site.

Shipping Cost:
Your shipping cost is generally determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping address. As a service to customers, we offer flat rate shipping in some countries. In some countries, an additional surcharge might be added for large items.

Your final shipping cost can be calculated from the Shopping Cart and will be displayed during Checkout. Keep in mind that countries' import regulations might trigger additional duty fees once the package enters the country. This typically applies to countries outside of the United States and the European Union.

Customs, Tax, & Duty Fees:
International orders may have additional customs, tax, & duty fees applied to them by the local customs agency. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after a review of the items in the package. Unfortunately, we're unable to estimate or prepay those customs duties. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for any additional fees. For more information on how customs fees work, please contact your local customs agency.

Packaging:
Most products will ship in a durable cardboard box. Clothing items are typically packaged within an additional polybag for protection. Art and posters are rolled and shipped in a sturdy poster tube.

Multiple Shipments:
There are some items that can't be packaged together and will ship on separate packages. For example, a t-shirt and a poster from the same order will ship in different packages each with their own tracking number.

Though they ship at the same time, it's possible for one of the packages to arrive a little later than the other. If all shipments haven't arrived within the estimated delivery times provided by the tracking information, please contact us.

Late & Missing Packages:
Reach out to us as soon as possible if your package hasn't been delivered by the estimated delivery date listed on the package's tracking page, if you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing the order, or if your tracking number does not work. These cases will only be supported within 45 days of the order date and while supplies last if a replacement is desired.

This time limit does not apply to packages that have been classified as lost by the courier, but we still encourage you to reach out as soon as you notice an issue so that we can best investigate.

Address Format:
To prevent any processing delays or transit issues, please make sure the shipping address is complete and correct. While the order in which parts of an address can vary depending on the country, the vast majority of the time they always include a street number, a street name, city, state or province, and a postal code. A unit or apartment number should be included if needed. For example:

We recommend listing the street number, street name, and apartment or unit number (if needed) in the same address field. The second address field is optional and can be used to include information like a building name.
