In an alternate distant future, Deadpool was still alive after having been trapped in a basement below a collapsed skyscraper for 800 years. It was shown that, over this time period, his healing factor had slowed significantly. His mental capacities and humor remained the same.

Deadpool was hired by Turnpike Authority, who were in conflict with Cable and Sophie Pettit's rebellion. Uncertain of the conflict results, he trapped himself for 800 years and was saved by some soldiers. He encountered Stryfe and began to serve him.^[1]

He aided the X-Force and Cable in storming Stryfe's stronghold, and was torn apart and apparently killed after attacking Stryfe.^[2][3]
