Kraven the Hunter did not directly appear on Earth-8410. Mysterio created a VR simulation of multiple villains and he unleashed Kraven the Hunter and the Sinister Six on Nikki Doyle when she discovered his hidden location in VR. They were defeated by the combined efforts of Nikki and Gyle.^[1]
