History

Kraven the Hunter's history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's up to the point where Spider-Man first bonded to the Venom symbiote. When Spider-Man began killing criminals, Spider-Man's enemies reassembled the Sinister Six to stop him. Kraven told his allies that would end up dead if they didn't have a plan. They all agreed with Kraven and decided not to make a move until Kraven came up with one.[1]

After the Sinister Six lured Spider-Man lured to a remote area, they sprung a trap by covering the area in Mysterio's illusions. Kraven was the one to discover that Spider-Man had escaped the illusions by burrowing underground. Spider-Man then attacked and killed Mysterio. As the Sinister Six struggled to fight Spider-Man, J. Jonah Jameson attacked with a remotely-piloted Spider-Slayer Mark V. Jameson forced Spider-Man into a burning barn, and Kraven threw a net on Spider-Man. Kraven fanned the fire by pumping in gas and setting it ablaze with a electrified spear, resulting in an explosion. The Spider-Slayer then emerged with an unconscious Spider-Man. Kraven claimed victory, but he was knocked out by Jameson who decided to help Spider-Man flee after he asked for help.[2]
