Sergei Kravinoff	Spiders.

Kraven the Hunter was an adversary of Spider-Man.^[1] He was among the villains recruited into the Sinister Six to finally defeat Spider-Man.^[2] Doctor Octopus sent Kraven to study Spider-Man's attributes. First, he spied on Spidey while he battled Green Goblin. Next he trailed, Peter Parker, believing the photographer to either be a friend of or be Spider-Man. He tossed his suspicions aside once he found Spider-Man; however, and started a mock fight with Spidey.^[3] They later used Mysterio's holograms to trick Spider-Man into an ambush, but despite achieving the upper hand and having Spider-Man literally under their feet, the youth's will allowed him to prevail, defeating the Sinister Six.^[4]
