Bushman the Hunter was a regular foe of Arachknight but was tasked by Dormammu Red to hunt down the Ghost Panther using enchanted weapons to deal with the Panther and Zarathos. He caught up to T'Challa in the jungles of Wakanda where the two of them faced off against each other.^[1]

Bushman ended up capturing T'Challa and bounded him to mystical chains while he dangled him over a pit of hungry crocodiles. Bushman claimed that "Blaze" was not a big enough game for him but as Bushman kept talking he didn't notice that T'Challa escaped from the trap despite the enchantment.

He transformed in the Ghost Panther. During a brief fight, T'Challa called upon his father, the Black Panther who apparently killed Bushman after a mess of blood was left behind.^[2]
