Pier Four, off New York west side highway. Though it lacks the presence of the Baxter Building and the majesty of Four Freedoms Plaza -- it's significance is no less important. For this innocuous -- looking warehouse is home to -- the Fantastic Four. 
History
Pier Four was the Fantastic Four's third temporarily base/home warehouse near the Hudson River following their return from Franklin's alternate universe and the destruction of Four Freedoms Plaza by the Thunderbolts.
The warehouse was destroyed during a battle with Diablo, after which the team received a new Baxter Building, courtesy of Reed Richards' former professor Noah Baxter.[1]Residents
