Spider-Man went to the bathroom just before a board meeting at Parker Industries. He discovered the stall had run out of toilet paper, and tried to use webbing as a substitute, only making the situation worse. He made it to the meeting room only to slip on a pen, using his powers to land perfecting. He relies that the board members are all villains of his Spider-Man identity but they don't notice him use his powers. During the meeting Aunt May sets up his laundry, including his Spider-Man costume. Before the villains catch on Aunt May passes out cookies and the Vulture flirts with her, to Peter's disgust. Retreating to the bathroom, he decides to hire a new board and burn his suit. Changing into his costume he dumps his suit in the trash and ignites it, realizing too late that the keys to the Spider-Mobile were still in his pocket.^[1]
