Notes
- Prior to being given an official reality number, this universe was referred as Earth-TRN633 as a part of our Temporary Reality Numbers classification system.
- 17628 is a reference to the date Marvel's Spider-Man Origin Season 1 1 aired online: June 28, 2017 (17/6/28).
- When the third season of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and the fifth season of Marvel's Avengers Assemble started airing, episodes that guest-starred Spider-Man used his design from Marvel's Spider-Man, as well as other elements from the series like supporting cast member Max Modell,[1] Horizon High,[2] and Kraven the Hunter.[3] Since Marvel's Spider-Man is set in a completely different continuity from the one both series previously shared with Ultimate Spider-Man (which was Earth-12041), these decisions combined with a design overhaul for the cast from Marvel's Avengers Assemble seemed to indicate that the concurrent shows also take place on Earth-17628.
- Marvel Animation producer Harrison Wilcox later clarified that the entirety of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, and not just its third season onwards, shares the reality with Marvel's Spider-Man,[4] making Marvel Universe Guardians of the Galaxy #1 the first appearance of this reality. He acknowledged that events in the cartoon that were tied to Earth-12041 meant that the events of the first and second season could have happened in both realities, and suggested the possibility that Earth-12041 was changed into Earth-17628 when Loki undid the Beyonder's Battleworld.[5]
- According to Marvel's Spider-Man writer and supervising producer Chris Wyatt, the Fantastic Four exist in this reality, but were stuck in the Negative Zone during Maximum Venom, while the X-Men haven't been formed yet.[6]
