The history of this universe seems to be similar to Earth-616 up to some point. Most of the stories were centered around Spider-Man. Almost all popular heroes exist here, but not much is known about their adventures besides their origins and those adventures, that involved Spider-Man. The main story arc began with Green Goblin's plan to use some mysterious portal to conquer the world. Later it was uncovered, that the real maker of the portal was Doctor Doom. The final battle near the portal resulted in Doom and Goblin being trapped in prehistoric era, even though Spider-Man later brought Goblin back.

Many different adventures happened between the events connected to the portal. The current fate of the universe is unknown, but most likely Spider-Man continued to live his life and fight his all-time villains sometimes using the help of his fellow heroes.
