Following the death of the original Don Rigoletto, Wilson Fisk and Miles Morales eventually confronted the new Don at the Bar With No Name over allegations that he was skimming money off payments made to them.

Seeing this as a coup, Rigoletto was willing to turn-over control of the Rigoletto Crime Family to Fisk, but when Wilson explained that it was actually Miles who would be taking over, the Don refused to allow that.^[1] Rigoletto then drew a gun, and men loyal to Fisk opened fire, killing Rigoletto in a hail of bullets.^[2]
