The original Department H facility was located in an underground facility beneath Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario. The facility included multiple levels, training facilities, living accommodations, and research stations.

When Department H was first disbanded by the Canadian government, this facility was shut down.^[1]

Sometime later the Canadian Government re-instituted Department H and Alpha Flight Programs.^[2] While the new facility was being constructed, Alpha Flight used this facility as their temporary base of operations.^[3]

This facility was overtaken by the Master of the World and subsequently absorbed into a warship using Plodex technology. That warship was then destroyed.^[4]
