Synopsis
The C.I.A. discovers the nefarious Dr. Megalomann's subterranean base beneath the Mojave Desert and uncover his plan to spread a new super-virus via rocket. Captain America is dispatched to prevent the rockets' launch and apprehend Dr. Megalomman.
